well i have switch back to 7 percent Dynamic overclock and was wondering if you people think i would brake anything if i changed it to 20 percent

my temps are 26 Idle 33 Load

Well its hard to say. 20 Percent is a large Increase and may prove to be very unstable IMO. Dont change it straight to 20 percent..Work your way up in increments and test for stability for each percentage you go up

dynamic overclock = bad. just learn how to overclock your bios the right way
