How much DPI do I need for CS GO 1920x1080 to avoid Pixel Skipping.

I read that the horizontal FOV for 16:9 resolutions is 106 on CS GO.

These are my current settings

400 dpi
3.0 sensitivity
6 window bars

So my question is how much dpi do I need to avoid pixel skipping on 1920x1080? Also will zooming in with awp effect pixel skipping aswell???

Thanks so much I'm completely clueless about this.. <3

have you fallowed this guide yet?

Yeah but I don't know how to calculate it despite reading it.

As long as the DPI settings match the capabilities of your sensor, you won't get pixel skipping. My G9 at native 3600DPI doesn't get pixel skipping. Granted it's pretty hard to move the mouse little enough to make it advance pixel by pixel... So I usually snipe at 2400DPI.

According to this thread, there's really a lot of thoughts on this. I didn't know that there would actually be a calculation to avoid pixel skipping.
To be sure that your mouse doesn't "pixel skip", just max the DPI of the mouse. Most mice today have like 5600 or 6400 DPI, which is more than enough. I just max the DPI on my Corsair M90, and adjust the sensitivity in-game accordingly. No need to calculate anything.

I use a microsoft intelliexplorer 3.0 so I'm limited to 400 dpi, even if I did have one of those marketing gimmick mice I wouldn't ever bother using something as ridiculous as 6400 dpi. In the whole history of CS I haven't known 1 decent player to ever use such a silly setting, all I'm trying to figure out is if 400 dpi at 3 sensitivity in-game, 6 win pointer speed with a horizontal fov of 106 in-game is enough to stop pixel skipping. I've read that there's ways to calculate your useful dpi settings on here but I don't know how to calculate it my self that's why I need the help.

Wait... you using 3.0 witch is only 400DPI (from what i know) and you asking how much DPI you need? Or are you asking how much sensitivity in game you need? Of course i'm going to be called retarded by you again... ehhh

Try here....

But because your mouse only capable of 400 DPI i don't think that will be helpful for you.

No pun intended I just want to know how much DPI I need so I don't get pixel skipping, I'm not sure whether 400 is enough or not with 3 sensitivity, if it isn't I might have to increase my dpi by buying a new mouse since this is an important issue to me.
