For that reason, I would get rid of them personally. Pokemon, to me, is very lighthearted and fun for the most part, but all the factors involved in getting a Pokemon in top condition are grindy and repetitive. I know this likely goes against the hardcore Pokemon crowd (of which this stuff appeals to), but I think it would only open up semi-competitive battling to more people, and also shifting the focus to being more about strategy and the battles themselves and less about grinding it out to get primed for those battles.

That looks pretty decent. The cutscenes looked really pixelated though...or is that just Youtube being "awesome"?

Nice! Sprites that don't look circa 1995. Buying a 3DS just for this. Although... I want Pokemon Z.

I haven't played any of the recent games but this does look pretty interesting. I'd have to agree with some of the earlier posts in seeing a newer experience makes it more appealing for sure. It got very tiresome seeing the same game rehashed over and over but with dumber looking characters, but I mainly only played on my jailbroken i-devices when I was on the subway.
