The Phantom 630 is designed to fully satisfy the demands of those who take computing seriously. The grand size of the case enables users to fit up to an XL-ATX motherboard on a smart split-level motherboard tray which allows the user to mount dual SSDs securely and have incredibly neat cable management. The Fully modular internal drive bays allows you to customise the Phantom 630's internal layout to suite your needs giving the space required for more extreme cooling. The case enables the user to install simultaneous support for a 3x120 radiator, a 2x120 radiator and all hard drive bays. As always with a premium gaming chassis, cooling is key, with space for up to 10 cooling fans the case has a great airflow for any users meaning a higher performing computer. An Integrated high-power 30-watt single-channel fan controller gives you the flexibility over your cooling and the control to change how your fans operate.

i think its a great addition to the NZXT Lineup and has many new great features.

Be interesting to see detailed specs and price points

I think it have 3X stock 140 fan but the top might be a 200 .

I think it can fit a 2X120 on the bottom if you remove the 2X HDD cage,so it now looks like a Phantomized Switch 810 both in features and price.

it says in the source that it would be starting from £159.95.

it has from the pics it has a top 200 fan and rear 140, and from the looks of it it has a front 200 too.

IMO it is the Phantom looking version of the Switch 810 and the choice between the 2 (except the few additional features) is purely base on the looks.

I couldn't see the front part so I don't know if it can fit a 420 on top(Switch could?) but otherwise yeah feature wise they are similar.

From NZXT's website

Of course they would ship it with 140mm mounts, since this is what the new Kraken series is using.

it's too bad that the price is at 180$ since (maybe Rettel said this don't remember) 200mm fans cost 3 times more than 140/120 fans to manufacture and thus increasing the price. IMO NZXT should stick with the 120 or 140 fans until either the 200 fan becomes a better standard or the are going to be cheaper. on the other hand if it wouldn't have the 200 fans then it would have undercut the switch 810 in price and because it is so similar no one would buy the 810.

Agreed. The good NZXT 200mm fans are $25 a piece. They obviously don't ship with those fans, but you do get the lesser fans which are still $18 each plus a 140mm, so you get ~$60 in fans included. Not a bad price though, I would definitely get one if I ever needed to replace my Phantom.

Even if the 200mm fan wasn't included, it still wouldn't undercut the S810 as those are going as low as 130 bucks, maybe even lower during sales these days.

That aside, for those who prefer a lot of the original Phantom's features and bringing in lots of updated and new features to the lineup, it sets itself above and beyond the original by miles. Native watercooling support, motherboard tray mounted SSDs, HDD modularity, rear I/O Leds... It's really got a lot of good features.

Oh, and those ODD tool-less locking mechanisms.... Metal. As in Lemmy Kilmister! band.gif

side panel fan kills it yet again,

thanks NZXT
