Ram?

hey all,
im an overclocker but i dont know much about ram. Involving timings, how do you know what good timings are? Also, what do the four numbers mean?

The lower the timings, the better.

Another thing is that the first number usually indicates the CAS latency.

I can't really explain it good, so check this Wikipedia article about timings

Well For AMD the tighter the timings...The smaller the numbers the better in general as AMD benefit from them ..Also look here :http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/26
