Still a lot of cable management to be done before it comes down off the work table but did get Windows 7 installed today. typer.gif
Now that's style!

OK! It's time to wrap this puppy up! cheers.gif

I am pretty much done with this build. I am in the process of modding a optical drive because I don't like the silver color on the back of the one in there now and I have a couple of ideas on how to mod the SLI bridge and cover up that SLI logo. Now the fun begins! I built the rig to see how far it could be pushed. Here are a few pics.

Thanks to all who help with inspiration from their own builds and comments in this log. applaud.gif

Great shots, thanks a lot, been dying to see ... now I wanna see MORE - any chance of a sound vid ? I'd luv to hear the flow .... while looping round the build.

Like that 2nd shot especially, sort of the cat's view wink.gif The front panel is awesome - luv the spacing and the twinning of the Lamptrons. I dunno how you feel, but I wish the rom drive makers would go for sleek and shiny, or matte, front panels.

Have you thought about matching the rom drive casing to the pumps' silver ? you have such a great balance of reds and silvers on a black canvas.
I tried the black vinyl, its okay, but sure makes for a tight fit, forgot about the vinyl being thick enough to interfere.

Very impressive build, with of course, the trophy dual res install. Work of art, you make the STH10 shine ! thumb.gif

Not a nit to pick, just a heads up, the Valley bm is usually run in Extreme HD. I did the same thing, got a decent 3xxx mark, went to the OCN Valley bm thread, and realized the mistake. Ran it in Extreme HD and got a 15xx tongue.gif

Good news is that oc-ing those cards will get you back into the 3xxx area quickly.

Hi,

Going for a similar setup (see my thread for looks), I have a simple question :

How did you bleed the air out when you filled up your loop? Is it the left elbow on the left res that's going up your fill port ?

thx

I thought the same thing as I was putting the thing together. But this was one of the easier loops to bleed. thumb.gif
