E6400 - Should I upgrade RAM?

Thread Starter
Hello.

I have recently upgraded my system (see system specs in sig). I am using a E6400 but I am using my old RAM which is as follows:

2GB DDR Single Channel:
Frequency: 134MHz
FSBRAM: CPU/18
CAS: 2.5 clocks
RAS to CAS: 3 clocks
RAS precharge: 3 clocks
TRAS: 6 clocks
TRC: 9 clocks

CPU-Z says I have 1slot:
Module Size: 8MB
Max Bandwidth: PC2100 (133MHz)

I'm on a budget, so I don't know whether it will be better for me to buy some new faster RAM also. Is it necessary? I play games but not a hardcore gamer.
I would like to know if there is a significant performance increase, and what RAM you recommend (if any?!).

Thank you. BTW I'm from UK and RAM prices are high =P. I can spend no more than £130.

Oh it NEEDS DDR2. That explains why I had to borrow my friends RAM then... because mine wasn't working properly.

Thanks. I'll have to buy new RAM then. Any suggestions for £130 and under?
