Are you running v7? If so and all your GPUs are recognized and are folding correctly then there aren't any flags that are an absolute must. You can do the client-type beta on the GPU slots for a shot at WUs that are 10% better than the low PPD WUs we're getting on GPUs currently but like 20% worse than the high PPD WUs you can get without the beta flag so I'd probably just go without it.

Paradigm, why do you like the WUs downloading at 98%?

Is your internet like really incredibly slow? Do you know why BWG advised you to do that? Because from where I'm sitting you were advised poorly... 98% as opposed to 99%* will lower your PPD on units with QRB.

* assuming your internet is fast enough to have the next WU ready with only one frame headstart.

At home I have around 0.6 down, 0.3 up. Here I have around 10 down and 0.8 up.

Would you suggest I change it?

Awesome, thank you. Back in the day you used to get removed if you were inactive for the previous foldathon, and I couldn't find a link to that list anywhere!
