Very nice, looking forward to the customization. Why did you decide to go with the white case? I would've thought black would've been more fitting (other than matching Storm-trooper armor).

Thanks!

I initially didn't think of going watercooling until a friend gave me his H100. Then I RMA'd it for free via Corsair's wonderful Warranty.
Then I noticed how quiet it was.. Then ordered the Corsair SP120s and AF140 quiet edition fans.

On a quest for silence.. Ordered the bitfenix spectre pro 230mm for intake.. then wanted my GPU to be quieter.. then searched around and found the XSPC package look promising.

The Imperial Crest is gonna be great. I live in Alaska so finding a shop to machine water jet cut metals is a bit tricky. hehe.

Very nice setup! I'm actually building up mine with very similar specs. Curious though, how did you route the cables for your recon? Plus what temps are you getting with the Corsairs SP120 Quiet as the p/p?

Hello!

Thank You!

I routed the cables for the P/P fans on the rad together and zip-tied them along the top out of sight, then zip-tied them down one of the H100 hoses.
Then the rest of the cables were Velcro'd in the psu cage.

I plan to make custom length cables and sleeve them when I get more spare $.

Well since I first posted, I've managed to O/C my CPU to 4.8Ghz. smile.gif
In Prime95, one core got to 74deg. cel.

I can't remember what idle temps were, I will have to check it when I get home.

The P/P doesn't really benefit much.. Maybe degrees. I just have two extras available. smile.gif

Thanks! Good to know I'm trying to fit it with an H100i and the recon. Seems like I'm just going to have to use it in P/P just for it to fit. I also just got the Corsair AX760 so I'm waiting on them to release the individually sleeved cable replacements. That or start sleeving them myself but I just don't have the patience. Can't wait to see more updates on your build! Looks great so far!

Do a build log for it - I'd like to see your progress!

UPDATE -

I haven't made much progress.

Removed the stock thermal paste and replaced with Arctic Silver 5 - I only see a little difference.

Ordered BitFenix Prodigy's OFFICIAL window yesterday! - It was $20.98 - Great price!

They have them in stock at NCIX:

Not much time lately to do much of anything. I will update as I can - Sorry gents!

Planning for a wedding, selling our condo, searching for a house to buy.
We got two kiddos and my Fiance' works "full-time" and is in Nursing school.

But! The Bitfenix Prodigy window came in on 2/07/13.

Now I need to order all of my water-cooling setup! (I'm dreading it - haha)

I've ordered a pair of Corsair Dominator Platinum ram (2x8gigs) 2133mhz to replace the Corsair Vengeance (2x8gigs) 1600mhz ram. It will fit with the theme, so I can't wait!

I have a friend who wants a pc built, so I am selling him some of the items I want to upgrade.. such as SSD, Ram, PSU and upgrading.

I will be upgrading to a EVGA SuperNOVA 750 watt, 80+ gold PSU soon. I Love that handle!

Hey, sorry about the late reply - I've been extremely busy. frown.gif

I hope all went well with your cable management!

What case are you using? I used A LOT of small black zip-ties. Are you using a fan controller? Are you using a push/pull setup?

This picture (sort of) shows how I did cable management (zip-tied all fan cables together down one of the H100 hoses.)

Let me know if I can help!

Thanks all!

Pretty nice build. Dont know if you have some LEDs in there but you should for the side window. I was also wondering how you fit the recon without the 5.25 bracket.BTW killer cable management(:
