I realize my position may be unpopular with some; However, The truth is the truth.

Only that your truth isn't true. Floating point heavy benchmarks will be slower, true, but few real things actually are. Also, Phenom II is the same architecture as Phenom I was, and we know how these went... Your point?

Not this again...
There are four integer cores and two floating point cores. But if it outperforms a Deneb, who cares?

It beats the hell out of HT so why does 2fp cores matter

Aren't games essentially FP calculations or am I wrong?

I own both and while my 8350 gets better frame rates and beats out the 1090 or 1100 in some cases, I prefer and enjoy overclocking my thubans. Core for Core, clock for clock, thuban wins hands down! No competition. The only saving grace for bulldozer or piledriver is higher clocks. I've ran the bench marks and its there plain to see. The bd and pd are less predictable and require so much more in terms of voltage control and are inconsistent between batches. You better have a phd in llc and a high end mobo if you want to take a bd or pd to 5 ghz or more. Average is 4.6-4.8 . Where as a thuban requires far less and are much more consistent in overclocking reqirements. There is always going to be debate about previus generation vs. new. I would like to see proof that a 6300 can beat a thuban, clock for clock. Better grab a snickers!

As far as I know, games are largely integer operations for performance reasons.

I'll tell you upfront that it won't. However, the 6300 clocks so much higher that it plainly doesn't matter.
I know it won't! I've tested it. I am just dissappointed that AMD has chosen quantity over substance. The imc is inferior to thuban as well. My memory is much more stable and performs soooo much better clock for clock with thuban. As a overclocker, I favor thuban, 8- 10 fps be damned. I don't notice any difference, so it dosn't matter to me.

I haven't got a Piledriver myself, but I dare say that its IMC is much superior to the Thuban IMC. It clocks much higher anyway.

Hell yes it is superior. In every single aspect.

Have you run the benches with both processors??? I have. Top score is 8350 @ 4.8 ghz, 2nd is 1100T @4.12. Clock for clock thubans imc is far superior.
Please stick to facts and data.

How are you even debating this without first hand knowledge???
