The AsRock will serve you well. I had a 6100 paired with that AsRock mobo and it can do 4.4ghz with 1.488v stable. That was the limits of that CPU, so I couldn't go higher.

Forgot this.
I had tried my 8320 in that AsRock and I got 4.5ghz with 1.45v on all 8 cores.

True, but that AsRock can handle my 8320 @ 4.5ghz with 1.45v on all 8 cores.
