AMD APU build (Trinity or llano) will seem to fit your build. I am building one for my wife.

I posted this one in another thread which was geared for budget. You can always go to a higher processor like the A10-5700 if you like....

hec Black 7K09BBA30FNRX Micro ATX w/ 300w PSU - $74.98
MSI FM2-A55M-E33 Motherboard - $44.99
AMD A4-5300 Trinity 3.4GHz Dual-Core APU - $54.99
WD Scorpio Blue 500GB 5400RPM 2.5" HDD - $59.99
Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM - $19.99
LITE-ON Black 4X BD-ROM - $34.98
Total: $289.92

The A10-5700 would bring this to $369.92

Be conscious of what games you'll be playing, and at what settings as well. Since your TV is only 720p, that should help quite a bit, but just be aware that even the A10-5800K has difficulty playing some very recent games at low settings (at least at 1080p)
