The left side panel, three-layer structure.

First layer
Acrylic plate one side of the waveform.

Ultra low head bolt the four corners.

Second layer
Acrylic plate of 2mm.
Width = 504mm
Height = 482mm

Third layer
Blue and white acrylic plate.
The shape of four white.
Acrylic plate white, paste the decorative sheet.

Attached to the second layer of the part of the third layer.

Paste light diffusing film on the back side of the second layer.

Beads and metal parts, decorate the four corners.

State 3 layer overlap.

200mm fan in the top panel.
The silver paint on the fins, adding to 10 LED.

And light up the LED fan inside ...

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Next, for the USB port cover.

Body is made by bending a black acrylic plate.
Paste at regular intervals, a white polypropylene plate that is texturing.
I made a metal hinge.

Making two parts made of stainless steel ...

Assembled by press-fitting the pin.

Torque hinge.

Closed with a hole in the end decoration parts, complete attached to the case body.

Cut three pieces of aluminum plate of 3mm.

Finished to taper the edges, painted white.

Cutting sheet of gray paste on the front side.

This is the boundary between the slit.

Bracket made by bending the light diffusion film and PVC plate on the back.
