It doesn't have to have that much power, but I'll go with 650W units. The 80+ Certification is actually meaningless, but no one is being told about this because that would hurt PSU sales. Having one or multiple +12V rails is also unimportant because it only begins to matter with PSUs of a very large capacity - like 950W and up or so.
Anyway, here is my first recommendation:
650W Rosewill CAPSTONE Modular Cable Version Series for $99.99 shipped, $79.99 after a mail-in rebate (in the form of a pre-paid card, rebate offer expires January 18th)
It is a high-end modular PSU with 4 x 6+2-pin PCI-E cables, and a very strong +12V capacity of 648W.
However, there is also the 550W SeaSonic G Series going for $96.17 after shipping: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151119
This is another high-end modular PSU. It has 2 6+2-pin PCI-E cables, and a very strong +12V capacity of 540W.
The 550W SeaSonic G Series is overkill for your system. ;)
