i'm going to try radeonpro

You said you play CS:GO and lfd2. Not sure about lfd2 but with CS sometimes I get stuttering. It doesnt really happen during gameplay much. maybe sometimes when starting a round. and rarely while playing a round. Newest drivers... right now I'm playing with the 9800 GTX+ because I have to RMA my gtx 480. I still get 60 FPS though.

Apparently with the Radeonpro you can get zero microstuttering. I read some review online. It works even better than with nvidia's adaptive v sync. but you have to individually set the max FPS to the average fps of the game (which you can find out by doing a benchmark with fraps or another program) or if you get over 60 (set to whatever your screen refresh rate is) for each game.

Well atm, im using my wifes 7970 and shes using my 680.

No stuttering in any of my games....all two of them because my HDD bit the dust : D

If im derping around on skyrim I HAD to play full screen or I have insanely bad lag. Which I fixed pretty easily by editing the ENB ini to make fps cap 90 lol

What 7970 do you have exactly?

I'm getting random massive stuttering e.g. Black ops 2 (Multiplayer) I will be turning quite fast and it just stutter maybe half way through the turn. If anyone else plays this game with a 7970 and 12.11 Beta 11 with CAP2 can you tell me if you are experiencing the same issue?

I thought it may be my OC but I returned the clocks to stock from 1180/1500 to 1000/1450 and I still experience the huge stutter.
