Having problems removing a "Pinned" application in windows 7

So i pinned an application to task bar and would like to remove it and have seen no easy way of doing it.. any help?

isnt it just right clicking the item then selecting "Unpin this program from taskbar"?

negative.. i pinned WoW and when i right click nothing happens.

searched google a bit. seems some other people also had a problem unpinning WoW.

Try moving the file its pointing to to another location first, then click the link on your taskbar and itll say it cant find it or something and come off. then just move the exe back in

Have you tried restarting Explorer? What version of windows do you have?

When u right click on the pinned application on the taskbar there should be an option called: "Unpin this program from taskbar".
When u click that it should be unpinned.

Edit: Sorry, probably hadn't refreshed my window enough.
