Firstly I wouldn't use this tool I would do this stuff from the BIOS using a motherboard that is able to handle this stuff. Secondly you shouldn't overclock without an aftermarket cooler.

However here's a simple what to alter and what means what (excuse the girly wallpaper my wife has comandeered the AMD rig)

and the how to part

Basically bang your NB up to 2600 (it should do that with no voltage tinkering)

Then whack up the FSB in increments, after each hike test for stability, if it's not stable give it more Vcore (cpu volts), give up once you either hit silly temps or crazy amount of Vcore (for a 24/7 OC I would personally keep it under 1.5v)

alright, with what I read, I can't do ANYthing with this motherboard

I'm afraid of messing with anything consitering what I read about the FSB will mess with everything on the board

Anything you do is generally reversable. FSB overclocking can gain decent results it's just a bit more fiddly than mutiplier overclocking. Your motherboard is an issue as overclocking from software is never as effective (or gives you as much control) saying that you should be able to gain a few hundred MHz with relative ease.

Any more is fine, but with no oC options in the Bios I'm kinda stuck with software
I just ran 3dMark 11 Basic and got poppy for preformance, like 6FPS average
tho I think that my be my video card

I don't know, I'm just at a lost if I should bother with such a weak system

I`m pretty sure it has been superceded by the Crosshair V everywhere by now. You may find some non-current stock somewhere, I have a V version with an 8150 that I am just finishing up. You can find these at any large shop, Microcenter down in the States is a good place to start. Good Luck ! thumb.gif
