no offense but i'm actually helping the OP by debunking false informations, others keeps on throwing around wrong informations and it confuses the OP.

if you have a CPU bottleneck, a GPU upgrade won't increase the performance, you will just bottleneck the CPU even more.

a CPU bottleneck means that the CPU can't keep up with the GPU, if you upgrade your GPU then the CPU will be outperformed even more.
