How do I stress test my CPU?

Thread Starter
Is there a program I can use for putting my CPU under a 100% load to see how hot it can possibly get as I overclock it? so that way I don't have to open up a whole bunch of programs to figure it out myself?

It's called Prime95 it put your CPU under 100% load usually let it run for 12 hours or more on blend to see if the OC is stable.
Use RealTemp or CoreTemp to monitor your CPU temperatures.
