I haven't had any experience with MSI, but EVGA has very quality products, so it's almost always a safe bet.
I would pick the Signature 2, because of my past experiences with EVGA, but MSI is definitely not out of the question.

Go, differences in overall opinion!

I tried the EVGA single fan design and the Gigabyte. The EVGA ran effing hot and Gigabyte was super cold. With no custom fan profiles the EVGA was hitting around 82C compared to the Gigabyte's 58C. I wanted the Lightning but didn't have a PSU with 2, 6+2 connectors on it at the time which is required for that card. I now have 2 Gigabyte 670's in SLI and my hottest card never hits 60C. Hope that helps.

I'm a total noob at overclocking any my Lightning got me to 1350+ and that was without completely maxing the overvolting feature. The support in the Lightning Owners thread is fantastic. I say go for it! thumb.gif

It's pretty much sold me on Lightning series cards. When I upgrade it'll be to another Lightning.
