For me it's the other way around - PS3 has its select few titles like MGS4 and Uncharted series, and although they have great campaigns, they lack in lasting appeal. Consoles don't have anything that glues me down like the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, Fallout, or Skyrim do on PC.
Those PS3 exclusives I mentioned are great, but so limited. I don't like replaying games and doing the same exact thing, and going down the same exact paths again. That's the biggest issue with otherwise great games like MGS/Uncharted. Well that, and their console exclusivity. Plus I just can't stand using controllers anymore.
When I was a console gamer I'd replay those games just to have something to do, but only enjoy them the first 1 or 2 times. But ever since I upgraded to PC gaming in 2008, I haven't replayed a console game and I don't really plan to. You won't find a single console game in my list of top 15 games, or soon in my top 20.
But anyway, you might want to look forward to MGS: Ground Zeroes, as well as The Last of Us. I'll probably play them once, but not at launch since I'll have too many PC titles to play (Underhell Chapter 1, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Lost Alpha, S.T.A..L.K.E.R. Misery 2.0, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, Metro: Last Light, plus Skyrim/Fallout which are endless).
