I was glad to see this waiting for me when I stopped by my house earlier today.
From left to right: Front panel extension cables, 2.5" HDD, front panel IO, Corsair H60

Drilled holes for the screws and attached the bracket to the door

Don't mount the block like I did in the photo below. It doesn't make full contact with the CPU
The correct way to do it
It was physically impossible to mount the radiator as high as I wanted on the door so the optical drive shelf thing had to go. The good news (for me) is that I'll no longer have to bend the acrylic and risk messing that up. The front panel IO is probably going to be a pain but that's low priority for me right now. I just put the hard drive in and am going to attempt to set up "fusion drive" with that and my 60GB SSD.
