All right, CM Rep's. I do have a few words since I have this opportunity. I started a RMA process on Jan 06 2013 for the CM storm trigger ( keys would not work like it supposed to ) so I did what it takes fill up the form and got a response by email.
after a week i did received a phone call regarding about my CM trigger no longer in stock and i had to wait because CM did not have it in stock ( brown keys ) so offered me a blue key. I said no. i want my brow key. talk was smooth and professional. Rep +1
then i picked up a CM Quick Fire TK (brown keys ) to be send out. ( I was like YES. the QF TK is cheaper than Trigger but it works for me). so by emailing and calling I was about to get in the 4th week. so I started
my head. 1 month past and nothing so I started to email CM twice week with response that the QF TK was not in stock so they offered a different switch (green keys ) I was like let me do a search and see what is this green keys. so in the next day they told me the TK was of stock and so on and pushed me to end of march. ( what ? RMA started on Jan 6, emails, phone calls over two months? I was like
A'm ? nah i got frustrated and I started to call every single day till asking for my KB. Do I have any reason to be frustrated and mad ? a bit right. so after all this time finally i posted back in some thread here ( I already spent time searching it with time and day to link it back to all you can see it but i can't find it. ) i had to go CM Quick Fire tk with RED SWITCH. thank God finally I got it in my hands. so CM website eRMA never changed the status. if my case was close or not. finally it was close and i received my KB afn after a month and half my numpad has burned TREE LED's. hey did i mention how many how many hours i spent going back and forward. NO because i can't even remember and i don't want to remember because it gives me headache.so now question is. Should I start another RMA?
ps: english is not my first spoken language and typ0, It is my third spoken language and typ0 but you know what i mean.
