Look at this though: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Razer-Abyssus-Mirror-Edition-3500dpi-3-5G-Infrared-Sensor-USB-Gaming-Mouse-Y-/181065225286?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item2a28541446

Why's it so cheap redface.gif?

I'd avoid a mirror edition, my Deathadder has glossy sides, and they're horrible.

Because it's a fake/counterfeit product. Abyssus is quite popular in china.

That's cool. I like glossy sides. Preference ^^

To be honest I think a lot of people use something of a palm/claw hybrid like what you do - I think I use a similar grip to you based on your video. I think my grip would be a 100% palm grip if it wasn't for the scroll wheel. Because I use the middle mouse a lot in my work with 3D applications and use the scroll wheel a lot when browsing the net, my middle finger quite often tends to rest on the mouse wheel, which results in a bit of a claw pose (with the other fingers clawing up a little bit sympathetically), rather than on the right mouse button, which would result in a more relaxed palm grip with all fingers extended. I think I tend to go a bit more towards a palm grip when gaming, since the right mouse button is used more often.

But that could just be me, and might not apply to you. I have a DeathAdder and find that quite comfortable, other than the issues detailed in this thread.

So it's most likely fake?

edit: not risking it

The pictures shown are indeed fake, though it's not like the seller couldn't have used a real image.

Not worth it anyway, the three bad reps are about fake products and the neutral part says that it took ages to come and the packaging was crushed.

I'll buy it from a recognised store.

Anyone got any opinions of the g9x, savu or abyssus or any other mouse for fingergrip users?

I think you palm grip. Maybe a Zowie EC2. Very good mouse. Or a G500 since have more of the same shape as your old mouse.

I would avoid the Logitech G500 and the G9x. G500 is just a bad mouse. The sensor is horrible and the right and left click switch's wear out very fast. Getting rid of that thing was the best move I made.

I know a few gamer's that also ran though their G9x's pretty fast. Just not very durable.

Roccat Savu seems nice though.
