It doesn't cut mine in half, but it does reset my overclock each time I restart right now which is pretty annoying.

I checked crysis 2 again today, underclocked both gpu and mem on my card and disabled all sorts of settings and still had the same issues. This is on a fresh install of windows and 13.1 as well. I pulled down the console menu while in game and it seemed there were a lot of errors with not being able to load certain textures, it may be possible to be the ones that are flickering in my game who knows.
At the same time i want to say I have a faulty card, its just so weird to have certain games exhibit problems and others have 0 problems, it's so frustrating at this point.

Crysis 2 is the only game that does this for me. I just hope thy fix it since Crysis 3 is very similar.

Just ran 3dmark 11 using catalyst 13.1 and @ 1200/1650 my gpu score has dropped from 11414 to 8863. Card is not throttling checked via log in gpuz, more and more headaches with this 7950

Why is it after installing 13.1 im having this issue. At stock clocks im scoring 6900s with a 7950, my 7850 was scoring higher than that. This has only occurred with 13.1 so far, and my car has shown no stability issues whatsoever. Played crysis 2 for an hour straight windowed while checking gpu/mem frequencies vcore and vmem and it was all consist for the hour with a small flux in the vcore +/- 0.005v

Drivers can change alot of things that put more or less work load on the GPU and VRAM.

Restarted and reran 3dmark @ 1200/1650 and im getting close my original score. Funny thing is though if i change the clocks after the initial run of 3dmark either it reverts to stock clocks during the test or theres another issue because scores drop by 2-3k. Doesn't make much sense to me :/
