You will want water for 4.5Ghz. Are you planning on AIO or custom?

I mean you can get any decent Mid to High End Air cooler or AIO WC and be fine.

It just depends on your personal preference and probably on the money you want to spend.

There are a few definitve cons of these AIO WC though:

-they can leak (very unlikely, but possible)
-the pump can make unpleasent noises (much more likely), or even fail

Honestly the high end air coolers and the AIO water cooler perform quite similar. It's really just up to your preference. The water coolers are going to be a little more expensive but I much prefer them to the giant heavy air coolers. Good AIO water coolers I would recommend would be the Corsair series or the NZXT Kraken series

I have a Hyper 212 on my 2600k at 4.4 GHz, and temps never go above 65C with a 670 OCed to around 200 MHz over stock, even when folding for over 10 hours straight. It's cheap as well, might work for you too.

Just read on facebook Corsair will be making a H90 and a H110 they will be the Corsair answer to the NZXT Kraken X40 and X60 the H90 is a 140mm and the H110 is a 280mm

Yeah so OP you might want to wait for the new Corsair series. If you don't want to wait then I'd still go with one of the manufacturers I listed
