Sorry about the late reply. I know how to remove them, but IDK how to do a clean removal.

You haven't modded Skyrim have you? Or downloaded the official HD texture pack from steam?

Sorry I should have posted CPU-z first

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

Go to that link and download your OS version from the right hand side of the page and run the program. Post up images of the CPU, memory and SPD tabs

As for removing AMD drivers the official utility should do, but theres a thread on here somewhere if you have the time to go through all the steps (I personally feel like its a bit excessive but I've always been nVidia so rolleyes.gif )

EDIT: found the thread http://www.overclock.net/t/988215/how-to-properly-uninstall-ati-amd-software-drivers-for-graphics-cards

But I already have CPU-Z, I thought my first post clarified that. But as for mods, not really. I don't have any mods that make the game HD. I have HD character mods, such as CBBE/UNP. I even have a mods that LOWERS my terrain quality. In fact, my FPS is at like 15-30. Even 40 sometimes. But that doesn't mean I should be microstuttering. Not to mention that it's not just Skyrim that's doing it. But I'll try doing a clean reinstall for my driver.

I actually noticed it greatly in SWtoR, but I turned my setting down to tame it a bit. VSync NEVER helps me for some reason, it always just makes my games slow down every second or 2 for like half a second to a second.
