MB underclocking ram?

Thread Starter

First off I'd like to say this site contains tons of useful info that has helped me numerous times in the past. Now in my first thread I'm hoping for the same!

My system:

Asrock extreme4
I7 3770K
2x Corsair CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Running at 45x multi
turbo +0.012
offset +0.05

The problem

Since first boot or after bios update the default uefi settings for my ram has been 1333Mhz.
Somehow my pc, as seen in pics, thinks the CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9 are pc3-10700 dimms instead of PC3-12800 who should run stock at 1600Mhz.

As a result my pc, aldow capable of doing +12h prime testing, does from time to time crash with ram related bsod codes.

So yeah I'm a bit puzzled..thinking.gif
