Either way, I see the approach of Ballmer's trying to follow Apple instead of actually trying to innovate for all those people that use Windows for work purposes and that saddens me. I used to use Blackbox for Windows a lot, but it always bothered me how certain programs didn't look quite right and match the Black Box theme, so now I stick to a rather plain Windows 7 basic theme.
