Why are you trying to do something that will almost give you no gains over your current setup?

I was thinking of doing something that would make my build look cooler biggrin.gif but I didn't want any performance degregation

Well if you actually directed the airflows, meaning the exhausted air can't be sucked back by the input fan, it could work. Granted the funnel is very large and has enough room for air to stop.

But if you simply made air go inside the case, performance would be better.

Bad idea, as the other guys say, will just circulate hot air. KaRLiToS was bloody close. Only thing wrong with his comment was the "and/should" should just be "should". Alternatively you could make the top two intakes with filters and the rear one an exhaust. Improve the dust resistance of your case a bit.

What I would do is make all but the rear fan (above I/O shield) blow inward.

Actually you're wrong there. Just because you can force air wherever you want doesn't mean you should. What you're saying is akin to saying that it's just as easy to roll a ball up a hill as it is to roll it down (actually a good metaphor too because the reason hot air rises is because it's less dense than the cold air so gravity pulls the cold air down more than the hot air). So sure you can have top intakes and bottom exhausts, but you're making the fans work harder than if you had bottom intakes and top exhausts.

Fill all your fan mounts with intake fans and tape off any other openings in your case so that all exhaust goes through the rad. Alternately, do the same but in reverse; rad as intake everything else as exhaust. This will work best with high-pressure fans all around.

That what I was thinking but people say otherwise... :/
