School and work kicked my butt this week:doh:

They appear to be OEM cards

Nice!

So .. good news is you may be able to use software for voltage adjustment and OC.. I think you drivers may be preventing compatibility with ATI Tray tools though.. cuz it should work for x1950pro..

I would use the ccc9.3's and see if that doesnt help with ATI Tool recognizing the GPU for OC control. As for memory.. is that a GDDR3 model or GRRD4? Generally the GDDR3's were pre-OC'd on the mem already and would not cope with much of an increase at all.

**You can hard-mod for voltage control too.. if interested.. just need to get OC for core speed working first and figure out your temp range with those stock coolers.

It's GDDR3. As for cooling not concerned, benching at a 1°C ambient with a 1100CFM box fan replacing my side panel. In fur mark the cards (at stock) hit 20C.

Love winter.

Give those drivers a run and see if ATI Tray tools starts picking up the cards for Core speed adjustment.. I would think you should see vDDCI too and be able to adjust. If not let me know and we can work out a hardmod for GPU voltage.

Managed to force ATItool to find the cards but can not load the drivers when the cards are in. Lookin into that issue. Any overclocking now causes the driver to crash.

I would hate to think that the cores are that weak that a 5mhz OC will cause hard crash... redface.gif ..just doesnt seem logical.. its got to be a driver conflict somewhere.. you have other versions of CCC previously installed?
