You are saying that absolutely nothing happens when you press the power button, correct?

If that is the case, and you have already tried another PSU, you may want to bypass the power button and jump the board directly.

Pull the power button lead off of the motherboard. Use a screw driver or some other type of conductive item to complete the circuit of the power button pins on the motherboard. Only complete the circuit until, hopefully, the system powers up. If it does not, it simply means that the power button is not your problem. Usually if the system has RAM that is loose or a bad CPU, the system will at least power up and spin the fans, but never reach post. Your case, I'm assuming, is even worse which is why I'm leaning toward the basics, such as the power button.
