Blackwidow Ultimate Problems after sleep

Hey there,

Im just here to try and find some direction on how to fix this utterly annoying problem that I've been having with my keyboard, and the shortcuts im using for my 'M' keys.

I have my computer to sleep every 20 minutes and the problem begins when it resumes from sleep. I get NO functionality out of the Razer synapse 2.0 software at all. I cannot use the hot keys, or even change profiles. However, that being said I can use my keyboard normally with no problems.

If I do a complete restart of my system, I don't run into this problem, everything works as it should.

I have tried a few different things:
Removing and re-installing the software
Changing settings in the bios to use all USB ports (not just mouse and keyboard ones)
As well as playing some some USB settings in the power options menu

Some help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

1) Uninstall driver and firmware

2) Uninstall Microsoft Framework 4.0

3) Restart

4) Re-install Framework 4.0

5) Re-install drivers and firmware
