It could be your motherboard.
Here's a list of bsod's which will help.
0x101 = increase vcore
0x124 = increase/decrease vcore or QPI/VTT...have to test to see which one it is
0x0A = unstable RAM/IMC, increase QPI first, if that doesn't work increase vcore
0x1E = increase vcore
0x3B = increase vcore
0xD1 = QPI/VTT, increase/decrease as necessary
0x9C = QPI/VTT most likely, but increasing vcore has helped in some instances
0x50 = RAM timings/Frequency or uncore multi unstable, increase RAM voltage or adjust QPI/VTT, or lower uncore if you're higher than 2x
0x116 = Low IOH (NB) voltage, GPU issue (most common when running multi-GPU/overclocking GPU)
0x1a = Memory Management
Keep you HT Link below 2000mhz and then try again.

okay. That makes sense. Ill try this in the morning and let you know. I have OC'd my GPU to almost 1GHz. ill put that back to stock and test the RAM Timing and Work with the HT links... Thanks! It's all making sense now.

reset any easy tune settings to default.
go to your bios, make sure everything is at default
ht @ 2000mhz
nb @ 2200mhz (i think this is default)
fsb @ 200mhz
cpu multi @ 17x
cpu voltage @ default

change only your cpu multiplier to 20x.
try to boot into windows.
if you can boot, congratulations, start stress testing.

if you can't boot, up your cpu voltage by one interval, whatever that may be on your motherboard.
try to boot into windows.
rinse, repeat.

do not go over 1.5v on your cpu voltage.

imo i think your motherboard is holding you back, i had an m3n78-vm with a 4+1 power phase and would become unstable at anything above 1.5-1.52.

Overclocking the GPU puts stress on the cpu nb. A bump in cpu nb voltage allows for greater GPU overclocks and increases cpu overclock stability. Overclock your chip with your gpu at stock clocks.

for a second there i thought you did get to 4.7......i was like no way eek.gif.......did you get a fan going on the vrms?........i ran a X4 960T @ 4.0GHz 200x20x1.5v, and in unlocked X6 1605T mode @4.0GHz 200x20x1.5v on an MSI 870-G54, and those vrms got REALLY HOT......like 85-89C hot......you should REALLY get a fan on them asap thumb.gif

MSI mobos have low quality vrms. So be careful.
