ASUS GTX 670 DCUII Artifacting in BF3

One of my cards (ASUS GTX 670 DCUII) has some black artifacts when playing BF3. This card is at stock clocks and temps are below 60C tops. Driver version is 310.90.

I have no other problems in Heaven and 3DMarks when benching. Is this normal? Is this just with the game or with the nvidia drivers?

Please help.

Thanks. I'll try that. For the meantime, here are the pics of the artifacts:

Are these the ones you are experiencing?

Are the pics that I've linked to even artifacts? Or are they screen tearing?
