I returned the 2 gpu 560 cards. I am looking at the graphics card Saphire http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202024&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=10446076&PID=6146846&SID=dfv0gdpybro3 or the XFX 7870 here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150605 and an easy to install hope I can get it to fit cooler here---

Out of those two 7870's, I'd go for the Sapphire model. I hear tons of good stuff about sapphire cards.

However, out of all 7870's, I'd get either the MSI Hawk, or the Gigabyte Wind force card.

I've read some reviews of the Kuhler 620, it's an alright cooler, but to be honest it's not so amazing. An H80 would be alot better. (though, more costly) thumb.gif

Thanks for the input there Out of the all 7870's the XFXstands out to me because it is $40 cheaper as it has a rebate and is on sale plus the XFX has a lifetime warranty....I have dealt with them before when a graphic cards fan stopped spinning after 4 years of use...they sent me a newer model...as all of the 7870 family...I am loooking for benchmark comparisons and owners to give input.

I like the H80i but it's height is 152mm so it won't fit so I looked at the Corsair brand you recommend and found one that would work. http://www.corsair.com/us/cpu-cooling-kits/hydro-series-water-cooling-cpu-cooler/hydro-series-h80i-high-performance-liquid-cpu-cooler.html but I haven't mounted any cooler before so I appreciate input.

I remember someone telling me about why the XFX cards are cheap, something about the PWM's or something running really hot.

And all of these liquid coolers should work in your case, as long as you have a 120mm fan on the back of the case (or on top) it'll mount in there just fine.

That H80i is a seriously good unit thumb.gif

Here's a tutorial on installing one of those coolers. It's not hard to be honest.

Have any info or articles I can check out? or is it first hand info? I take first hand info as serious as a printed article when information is provided. My experience has been that XFX products are exceptional. The life-time warranty is 2nd to none when you register within 30 days. I had a product for 4 years when the fan on the GPU got sluggish and failed to spin.I contacted them and talked to a service representative on the phone a couple of times. The sent me a card that seemed new and I was able to re-register it. It was a free upgrade as it was better card that fit into my set up.
But I will abandon the XFX line if I have information that their products are inferior to others.
but with 2 fellow members giving XFX a bad reference has gotten my attention.

Thank you.

The XFX one is often the cheapest one, besides, you see very few people having it.

Which translated gives:
Besides, XFX card is more noisy on idle than all 7950's we tested and isn't what we'd call efficient when loaded.

Honestly, I see a lot of reviews like those from TPU or Vortez that give Gold awards but the cards doesn't deserve it imo.

I'd go with Sapphire, Gigabyte or alternatively HIS IceQ they're all great cards.

I have heard a lot of people having problems with XFX's quality control on their heat sinks and fans. Stick with Sapphire card. I have a Sapphire 7850 and I love it. It cools like a champ, granted, it is loud at 60% fan speed, but you can always turn it down when you're not gaming and at 40% it is hardly audible. I also have mine OC'd a little bit and it never gets over 57C when I have been gaming for hours. Find a decent modular 750w PSU and you will be set.
