Are these temps safe?

MSI MPOWER Z77 This board as you all know runs all cores at 3.9 with the memory profile thing is it safe to run this all the time I have a i7 3770k my temps are 60c max running prime95 50- 58c in games the cpu volts go up to 1.2 on full load idle temps 25-30c are these safe temps for 24\7 use long term bios settings default just changed the memory profile, thank you for any help

this is completely normal......3770K can handle 80C+
