Don't bother trying. BC2 hates all of those programs. Trixx always works fine with any other game though.

I have also had LOTS of issues with MSI AB preventing games launching, DOTA 2 had issues for me before there was an MSI AB update.
Also had a problem with Dead Island and MSI AB, this was on my PC and my sons at the same time about 2 weeks ago, the game would not stay on, would launch and then 2 seconds later it would CTD evey time until MSI AB was turned off rolleyes.gif

I currently have no issues with MSI AB but it certainly brings issue on a regular basis for me.

You were right. It just crashed BC2 right after 10 mins of playing. So I guess there's nothing I can do to control the fan speed without using CCC?

What's wrong with CCC? I use it to control the fan. It works decently well. It does load extremely slowly though.....

There's nothing wrong with CCC. Wouldn't I have to enable it everytime I play a game? I don't want it to idle at lets say 60% when I'm not gaming or anything like that. I just want something that works without enabling anything manually. I want to set it at 60% while gaming and it should automatically drop to 20% in idle without doing it manually then I will be satisfied.

Can't you just leave the fan on auto?

I stopped using it. With my card needing all these tweaks to OC it harder then ccc and Msi ab cause random problems and since in am under water I stopped using it. More hassle then it's worth. Just use Ccc for OC and that's it.

The issue I've had is Afterburner crashing Explorer- and also itself in the process- whenever I was using an overclock it didn't like. Sometimes it happens when I'm running stock clocks.

I refuse to run Trixx or AB on any of my systems. The few extra MHz I can get out of those tools is not worth the trouble, particular when you start using unofficial clock extension (-xcl) mode in AB.

Desktop flickering, multi-monitor weirdness. NO THANK YOU.
