radiator fans - Page 2

The static pressure on the bitfenix pro fans is what I'd call "medium". Not horrible, but not fantastic either. On the plus side, they aren't brown like the Noctuas. I've used a lot of fans and I've found the Bitfenix Spectre series to be the most balanced. Good static pressure, air flow, noise level, and looks. They don't excel at any one thing but aren't horrible in one area either.

Since you're using a closed loop system I'll assume you aren't concerned about extreme overclocks. On my H100i, which has less surface area I'm able to OC to 4.5ghz and get temps around 65c with the fans at a low enough RPM to where they are less noisy than my GPU fans at idle. These are the PWM versions, which aren't as new as the Pro versions. So I'd say you're good to go with the spectre pro fans. Just make sure your case can fit a 280 rad!!

You could also purchase Gentle Typhoons AP-13s, AP-14s, or AP-15s, as far as color you can take them apart and paint the fan blades whatever color you want, as they are 2 ball bearings with just a small collar being what holds it together.

I just ordered 3x Gentle Typhoon AP-15 (1850 RPM) myself aswell, should arrive in a day or two.

Will post an update on temp changes from 6x awful case fans to 3x GT and 3x GT+3x **** fan when I get them.
