I can only speak for the P5W DH:

This is specifically a Crossfire board. I've heard you can go SLI with "modded drivers", but that's at your own risk. It's been great for me; Overclocking is a cinch, gaming with Crossfire has been great...overall 10/10 for me.

p5b deluxe. Unless you need crossfire, then p5w.

Both the boards can do SLI with modded drivers so keep that in thought.

The p5B will overclock slightly better if you want max oc's. The p5b will NOT run sli as the pcie slots are x16 and x4. The p5w WILL run sli with the correct drivers(I am running sli as I type this) and crossfire.

I would say the P5B as it has the 965 chipset, instead of the older 975x. IMO, I think the P5B is better.

It CAN do SLI. And from the one being 4x its only like a 10% drop in performance. If your going for single card get the P5B, If your gonna be going for SLI then get a eVGA 680i.

I have also been trying to steer people away from the p5b.

The second 4x pci-e on the p5b dlx is controlled by the south bridge as well vs n/b and this causes a latency problem and lower framerates with SLI.

p5w dh dlx ftw.
