I'll research more on the grinding noise. Maybe I'm just going deaf? Hehe

EDIT: Yeah the new Swifttech H220 looks promising. Although I did only pay $89 for my H100i smile.gif

Did you update the firmware on the H100i? I also swapped the fans for some AP-15. Big difference as far as noise, but still not quiet as I thought it would be.

I am also looking into jumping into the WC loop, I have a 550D and no idea what i'm doing

Good luck man. It's nice but I just want maintenance free. I assembled a rig for a friend a few years back using H50 and it's still running solid today.

Update: I just spoke with a tech from Corsair and he told me wait for 2-3 weeks and they probably will start sending out new redesigned fans.
