Brought it in to work and the wired keyboard still wasn't getting me anywhere. Double checked the board again and realized I hadn't unplugged my DVD-ROM. It was hooked up through IDE so I completely over looked it. Unplugging it let me get into the bios. Looks like you were right. dixson01974

Currently booted into Ubuntu on a LinuxLive Flash drive. I'm copying all my old files over to a spare HDD so that I have a back up when I reinstall windows tonight. I'll post back here if I have further issues with this board.
