Are you asking what you should expect to receive back from RMA or asking what you should buy to replace this yourself?

What is your budget, and what resolution are you gaming at (also full sys specs)?
They might replace it w/ a 6770 (rebrand) if they have some left, otherwise you might get a 7750 or something.

Well let's stick with the higher resolution then since it's more demanding.
A 7850 would be a nice upgrade coming from a 5770 for gaming @ 1080p

If you can spend more, then obviously you can get better than that as well what is your price range?

yeah it would be one hell of an upgrade from the 5770 but the 7000 series is not covered by the lifetime warrenty

No manufacturers really do lifetime warranty anymore, most are 2-3 year. Some are serial # based which is good for 2nd hand purchase.
In the budget you've listed a new 7850 or GTX 660 are in budget (7850s can be had closer to the $150 mark).

If you're willing to buy used you could stretch it to a 7870.
