Bad mobo imo, swap it out. If not mobo then memory. Sometimes things can appear to "work" but really they are malfunctioning.

LOL You apparently have the money to pickup a new very expensive MB. Looking at you sig rig. But normal people would buy the memory first it's by far cheaper wink.gif

My bet is seriously on the memory, try with just 1 stick at a time.

I just booted with one stick, nothing so far. But sometimes it takes a while before **** hit the fan. Prime95 ran without errors on the first attempt with one ram stick, only 7 minutes in though.

You can be a bit naughty and order some memory to test with, if you still get BSODs then send the memory back within the return time wink.gif

I love this memory, my current system is running 2 kits of it, I had to RMA 1 kit of it as 1 of the sticks was defective but after I got the replacements and tested them I have had no issues since.

If it passes for a while...switch out that stick with the other one and test as you did the first. I just did the same with my buddy's computer and it was just a one stick of ram causing the issue. This method also allows you to find out which stick it is and at least you can run on one stick while you wait for more to come.

Well I see that you got a rounding error in Prime. So you may try upping your vcore a tad and see if that cures your Prime issue.

But my vote is also on the memory, because I've had the same issue and it's COMPLETELY random, I can never tell. Took out all my sticks, only used 2 and then haven't had it happen since. Which reminds me I need to order a new quad channel kit... tongue.gif
