You have a great mobo, but your stock cooling doesnt look too promising.

I say you go into the BIOS and see if you can change the mutiplier, if you can, then just overclock as high as you can without adding more voltage or over-heating.

If you already have a temperature monitoring program, great. If you dont, try the AMD Overdrive.

If you cant change the mutiplier, then you can try raising the FSB a little.

Just dont add any more voltage because you have stock cooling.

At the bottom of the bios it say O.N.E.
This is the section you need.
AMD P-state Configuratoin is for the CPU and NB multipiler and voltage is at.
Enable Custom P-state into do that.
If you have a problem with the CPU speed when you set the CPU voltage over 1.4125v then go into OVER VOLTAGE CONFUGURATION and set cpu voltage +.200V then in the Custom P-state set the voltage 1.15v to be at stock voltage again then set the voltage to what you want. Remember you added .2v at start up.
EXAMPLE
If you set the to +.200 voltage in OVER VOLTAGE CONFUGURATION and set the cpu voltage to 1.15v in Custom P-state then you are at 1.35v on the cpu.

I can send you some links but it all depends on where you live.

Here are the coolers you can get:

$20-30 Cooler Master 212 Evo

$30-40 Zalman CNPS10X Performa

$60-70 Zalman CNPS10X Extreme

$80-90 Noctua NH-D14, Noctua NH-C14, or Corsair H80i

$110 Corsair H100i

$200+ XSPC or Swiftech custom water cooling kits.

But for you the first two coolers should be enough.

Edit: The Corsair Coolers are water coolers. There are cheaper ones, but those dont perform very well compared to towered heatsinks.
