Hi Guys

I have got 4.5ghz stable at 1.27v in windows however I cannot for love nor money get 4.6ghz stable even at 1.35v. Have I hit a wall or is there something I need to tweak. Rig is below Thanks.

PLL Overvoltage probably needs to be enabled to get accross that wall.

But you can try,
lowering and/or upping the PLL voltage.

It also might be worth skipping straight to 4.7GHz.
