Cooler Master hyper 212 evo

Thread Starter
Hi, I have an Hyper 212 evo and the first day I bought and used it, it was perfect. It was silent and kept my machine cool at the same time. But the day I after that I turned my computer on, and I noticed that the fan was louder than usual. I had to use things like speed fan to manually bring the the rpm's I remember on the first day the rpm's were at about 1200. But now, it idles at about 1800 rpm. frown.gif For both sessions I had smart temp fan control off in my bios. Did something happen to the application in a day? Because I heared that PWM fans are controlled by temps. Even if I do have to do it manualy, what was about the first day then? Why did it stay at 1200rpm? Any suggestions???mad.gif

Flash your bios to the newest version.
Turn on smart fan in the bios- and enable temp monitoring if it isnt already
