Are you saying that your 1000W power supply doesn't have 4 x 6-pin PCI-E cables?  If so, then you can always use those Molex to PCI-E adapters.  Still, a 1000W power supply should have at lest 4 x PCI-E cables of some kind.

It seems like he is saying the modular cables are missing? This is the only thing I can think of. Look in the box the PSU came in. What is the exact model? Or better yet, take a picture and post it.

I got the power supply 3 years ago so did not need the extra cables I guess. The molex thing does not work. I tried so many combination of getting the power from power supply to my video card and the only solution is getting a male to male cable.

I think that even a 3-year old 1000W power supply would have enough PCI-E cables for two GTX 670s.  They have to be sitting around somewhere.

Which model is your Cooler Master PSU?

It says it comes with 6 x 6+2-pin PCI-E cables.  It also has two PCI-E 'Y' cables; one of them turns one 6+2-pin cable into 2 x 6+2-pin cables.  Did you get yours used?

No I got mine brand new. My little brother might have taken them frown.gif

So my question where can I get this incredibly hard to find cable? I went to canadacomputers and the store must have had a million diferent cable but not the one I am looking for :S

Does it have to be made by Coolermaster or I can get any PCI-E cable?

The pin-out from the PSU is probably manufacturer specific, you'd probably need an exact replacement

Best thing to do is contact Cooler Master directly and request a replacement set.
There are other threads like this out there, and almost all resort to contacting the manufacturer. Besides Corsair I don't know of any other company selling just sets of their cables on sites like FCPU or PPCs.
