Your setup don't need many SATA ports, 2 SATA2 for your 2 1TB HDDs and 1 SATA3 for your SSD, any Z77 board have 4 SATA2 and 2 SATA3 so you would be fine with any. MVE is a LN2 oriented board that you wouldn't really need unless you are pushing 5Ghz at some Benchmarking convention, definitely not worth the premium.
Yeah, the UP5 has the best power design of any board right now, except for the UP7. The UP7 is really only for LN2, though.

The second Poster in this thread recommended you change your ram to Samsung and I would have to agree. Read second post

As for PSU, if you're not going to get SLi or Xfire then stick with a 500 - 600w PSU.

Sorry overlooked the RAM part

For NOw No i am not going to get SLI
But after 3 or 4 years i think i will Make a SLI in it

To All:
Is Samsung Green Ram Really That Better than
Corsair and Gskill ?

i did no see any heat spreaders in it though

It's mostly that it's just a really good value. It can usually get to at least 2133Mhz. A lot of the Corsair and Gskill RAM is 2400MHz+ at stock, so you will probably get better performance out of those; they are incredibly expensive, though.

Also, when you run 4 DIMMs, you put a lot more strain on the IMC, and on most motherboards, you will get significantly worse results out of a 4x4 config, than an 8x2 config.
