I was getting that too until I switched to 1x smaa. fxaa was giving me great fps but stuttering.

I am also playing at 1440p except with a 480, but it is supposedly oced to match stock 580 performance. I am getting a 52-62 fps, which somewhat baffled me, on all settings at very high except shadows, water, and shading at high, motion blur is disabled, and smaa at 1x.

They still didn't nerf the best weapon in the game, the pole.

though my experience with Alpha was HORRIBLE !

I know.

There were so many bugs, and it was very poorly optimized. The frame rate fluctuated from 20-80 FPS on MINIMUM settings on my system (in my sig).

Since the Open Beta went live, we’ve been investing a lot of time in this area. At the moment, the anti-cheat measures we’ll be using in the retail version of Crysis 3 are set to monitor. We feel that fully activating these measures right now would be counterproductive and give cheaters an early insight into how we’ll be tackling them after launch.

We have, however, been banning the most prolific cheats in the Open Beta and have systems in place to monitor their actions – even after gameplay sessions are over. Automatic banning is currently not in place, and we’re aware that during the Open Beta, banned players can simply create a new account and rejoin. After the game launches, however, their actions will have lasting repercussions.

In general, the Open Beta is helping us to gather information that can be put to good use when the game launches, and people cheating right now won’t carry any advantage into the final retail version of Crysis 3.

Change your AA settings, if you went on the mycrysis forum to investigate you would know they are aware of this issue and are addressing it. Change the type of AA. I think even changing the iteration of AA of that type will fix your problem.
